Cole Sprouse as the new Face of "Five Feet Apart"
Cole Sprouse is back on the big screen, with a more complete synopsis for the feature film "Five Feet Apart" - and it seems that the film will allow the Riverdale star to smile a bit more unlike her previous role as Jughead.
But it will not be a completely happy footage. The romantic drama, directed by Justin Baldoni of Jane the Virgin, tells the story of Will (Sprouse) and Stella (Haley Lu Richardson), two patients with cystic fibrosis. Together, they go through 17-year-old familiar experiences - flirting in the corridors, dodging adults and the nervous excitement of young love - in an unknown place: the hospital. The film depicts the biggest obstacle to their relationship: the harsh hospital rule that requires them to stay at least five feet from each other at all times.
However, the physical distance between them will not keep them from feeling close. As summarized in the synopsis, "Teenage attraction is complicated when touch is not an option, but the pair quickly learns that the possibilities are endless, even if it means staying out of reach. Living with borrowed time means that every moment counts, and as the challenges grow, Will and Stella will discover a strength within themselves and between them that transcends the distance that separates them.
Unfortunately, we have to wait a little longer before we can discover the fate of Will and Stella. Five Feet Apart is scheduled to be released on March 22, 2019.
