His newest release Heavyweight plays with funky tones that carry his calm yet energetic melody. His beautiful, creamy vocals give us our fill of jazz and soul.

The artist explains that this song was written in the midst of madness, also known as, the pandemic. The artist highlights that “quarantine seemed like it was gonna go on forever and it was starting to weigh heavy on my mental state.” Heavyweight in a sense pays homage to all the people who got him through that time.
