14 Year Old Kalan Shows Us His Style with New Song "Can't Tell Me"

Can’t Tell Me is the latest release from the 14-year-old Torontorian artist Kalan.

The song features meaningful lyrics where Kalan expresses himself saying that you can’t “tell me what to do”. “I’m just gonna be myself, not gonna change for the wealth.” Kalan earns our respect for being clear cut and driven.

The beat is simple and slightly intriguing using a unique square-wave sort of synth to mirror the dissonance and roughness of the song overall. The song is definitely attention grabbing and we can see some people bumping along to this tune.
