Be Swept Away by Nxtime’s New Release- “Future Love”
Nxtime dedicates this song to his “Future Love”, after a conversation with his brother about how the love of his life is out there, and he decided to write a song about it. In regards to his brothers comment, Nxtime states,
“This got me thinking- everything that’s going on in my life right now… all the good and bad, all the accomplishments or missteps… literally everything surrounding this time, I’m going to share with her at some point in the future. This made me feel less alone in a way. It gave me a lot of comfort and made me want to seek a person I could truly be vulnerable with. This concept sat with me for a while until I had the melody in my head and lyrics written.”
Lead guitarist, Nate, had the created the melodies by themselves, and then when combined with the songwriters romantic lyrics, was the moment this song was perfectly created. This is a song that you will want to get lost in the soothing melodies and the promising lyrics.
